Dianne Reece founded Insight Out Consulting LLC, a company specializing in leadership development and organizational human resources consulting services, in 2018. Since then, the firm has provided services to aspiring leaders and privately-held client companies.
Prior to founding her own firm, Dianne was Regional Manager, Organizational Development and Training at TechnipFMC, a position she held for six years. She designed and led organizational effectiveness and change management projects to improve on-time business performance for this $10B global provider of engineering, manufacturing and technical services to the oil and gas industry. Projects have included people and culture strategies for start-up manufacturing and service operations, value stream and business capability planning, and closing performance gaps on large scale engineering and manufacturing projects. Earlier in her career, Dianne gained extensive experience in workforce planning, talent and performance management, leadership development, international HR service delivery, employee reward strategies and communications programs with Aker Solutions, FMC Technologies, and Halliburton.
Dianne's qualifications includes a BBA degree from Northwood University, and certifications as a Senior Professional - Human Resources, Certified Compensation Professional, and CDR Assessment Coach. She has completed additional organizational development studies thru USC Marshall Center for Effective Organizations and the Six Boxes™ Practitioner Program, a human performance improvement approach pioneered by Dr. Carl Binder.
Dianne is a member of several professional organizations, including the HR People + Strategy Executive Network (HRPS), World@Work, and the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and the Houston World Affairs Council (HWAC). She is a community volunteer on hurricane Harvey recovery assistance and services for the homeless.
