High Performance Network, LLC (HPN), is a for-profit private invitation-only membership organization.  We embrace diversity and equal opportunity in a serious way. We are committed to building a leadership development network that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. The more inclusive we are, the better our network will be.  Our goal is to be a diverse professional leadership network that is representative, at all levels, of the membership and communities we serve. High Performance Network, LLC, welcome applications from diverse backgrounds. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all members, employees, partners, vendors, and corporate clients. All membership applicants will be considered for acceptance without consideration to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.

All membership applications regardless of background and experience will be reviewed and evaluated for access to the High Performance Network℠ platform.

To be accepted to join High Performance Network, LLC, an applicant must be currently employed with a company, working in a profession, or consulting practice or services company supporting or directly working with firms in technology, energy, or healthcare. Applicants may be employed, contracting, or servicing a for-profit or not-for-profit, financial entity, academia, municipality, government, military, utility, hospital, clinic, health institute, research center, or similar.

Applicants career history needs to demonstrate clear leadership experience or positions or roles of responsibility from industry, university, trade school, or equivalent. Or have a source or professional reference from work, academia, or other acceptable source validate the applicant’s leadership experience. It is the applicant’s responsibility to demonstrate career and leadership history. Applicants may be asked to supply references to validate career or leadership history. Examples of documented career history include, but not limited to, traditional or academic resume, Curriculum Vitae, LinkedIn profile or another similar source. 

Applicants must be over the age of 18. Student memberships will be evaluated based on coursework and demonstrated leadership experience and exposure.

High Performance Network, LLC, welcomes any leader or professional to apply. Including unemployed, part-time or retiree from industry. 

To be accepted to High Performance Network, LLC, we must be able to confirm the following:

1) The applicant is an emerging leader in development, OR

2) A current leader with six months or more of leadership experience, AND

3) The applicable Membership Fee is paid in full, AND

4) High Performance Network, LLC can validate the applicant is who s/he says they are and will respect all other members, employees, vendors, partners, corporate, academic clients and comply with our Terms of Use.

Industry and academic retirees, educators, and other industries are welcomed to apply.

Media may apply for limited use of complimentary non-membership and will not gain access to private groups, discussion boards, or other areas of the internal private membership site.

High Performance Network, LLC reserves the right to reject any membership application or terminate approved memberships at any time for any reason and without providing a refund to the member. All membership sales and purchases are final and not refundable.
